10x 1-minute Row, maintain >300m/minute, rest one minute between intervals

Power Clean - Front Squat - Thruster - Back Squat - Overhead Press (repeat)

Squat Clean:
2x5 @ 50% (of Power Clean 1RM)
2x3 @ 60%
2x2 @ 70%
2x1 @ 80%
